Fresh water modules transfer heat from a buffer cylinder to the DHW as it flows through a heat exchanger.

A Freshwater Module installed in conjunction with buffer tank allows the energy stored in the buffer to be transferred to the cold mains water through a plate heat exchanger. A flow switch signals that heat is required and a pump runs to charge the primary side of the plate heat exchanger.
