Hetta Underfloor Heating Floor Construction Panels
Hetta provide the materials to install underfloor heating on all floor types. See below for various panels, and spreader plates.
Check out our guides for advice on how these materials are used.
Grooved Insulation Panels
These extruded polystyrene panels are foil coated and have a low thermal mass and consequently have a swift response time to changes in temperature.
The grooves in the insulation securely retain the underfloor heating pipe-work in the correct position eliminating the need for supplementary fixings.
Each panel is 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm (1.44 sq. m) Polystyrene, with a choice of 150mm or 200mm spacing.
Insulation Panels XPS 300
Hetta UHP consists of grooved extruded polystyrene (XPS300)
Hetta UHP is used as an alternative to a screed type system when using water under floor heating systems. It is only 25mm thick and comes with the pipe work grooves cut out ready to fit the pipe inside,
Each panel is 1200mm x 600mm x 25mm (0.72 sq. m) Polystyrene, with 150mm spacing.
Aluminium Spreader Plates
Hetta aluminium spreader plates are ideal for underfloor heating applications on suspended floor constructions.
The floor void must be insulated and it is advised to minimise airflow to reduce the possibility of heat loss. For irregular joist widths cut the plates to fit.
Each panel is 1000mm x 390mm with a choice of 150mm or 200mm spacing.
Wet Screed Panels
Made from 100% recycled high impact plastic. 100m centres ensure accurate pipe spacing and even heat distribution.
Each panel overlaps to form one continuous grid, reducing installation time.
Each panel is 1200mm x 820mm x 30mm (1 sq. m )
